I leave on vacation in a little over 12 hours!! I'm really excited... finally I get to see Toni again after not seeing her since last August and well... I get to see David again... dunno if that's good or not, lol. And Nate's gonna be there... so ugh, it promises to be an interesting 9 days! But I'll be back the night of July 9th.. with plenty of stories (I'm sure!) and pictures!!

I really suck at this, don't I? lol, so its been about a month... I really am going to try and get better and update this and my LJ every day, but we'll see.

Sunday I saw David. I don't like when I see him because it makes all the feelings I have done so well pushing down, come back, and yeah... really bad for me, let me tell you. And in a month, our families go on a 10 day vacation together... so, you really won't want to hear what I have to say about him then... I'm so going to be dead.

But when he was here Sunday, he surprised me. He really does not like NASCAR at all. Says all it is is a bunch of people going in circles *rolls eyes* he just doesn't understand... but Sunday, he was SO taking it seriously, asking me all these questions about what was going on, since he doesn't really know much about it, and cheering for Kasey (I know, I've taught him well). I guess it impressed and shocked me, and soooo didn't help me trying to push the feelings away again. But ah well, guess we'll see what happens up on vacation.

My month is going to be busy this month, well... sorta busy. I have to continue looking for a job, not like I want to, and on June 13th I have a test for the Postal Service... a clerk one at that, so if I score high enough, Canandaigua will hire me back without me needing to be a casual and getting royally jerked around, and my hours being all screwy. I'll have set hours (if I work later or come in earlier, I'll actually get paid overtime for the first time ever), I'll get benefits and sick days and actually get a day off every week besides Sunday, so it'll be nice. Not to mention I'll be a career employee... so yeah, I don't know what would happen with college, maybe I'd start night classes or part time classes or something in the spring.

Not to mention I leave for Michigan for the race in exactly 15 days!!! I don't think there's a word for how excited I am! I mean, I could realistically meet some of my fav drivers in two weeks! Hehe... just makes me get all giddy.

Then there's the family vacation at the end of the month. Our yearly vacation in Canada. Gonna finally get to see my cousin, whom I haven't seen since my graduation party back in August, and I miss her dearly since she's one of my best friends.

Then throw in there my driving lessons every week, and that equals a busy me. I'm just excited that come the end of July I may FINALLY have my license! Only a couple years too late, lol...

But I think that's it for this time. Haha, and let's see if I can manage to continue updating this baby more often.

Oh, and can it be October 2006 like really soon? That'd mean Julie and I would be leaving for Charlotte soon!!!!!

Haha.

And I'll have to remember to show pictures of my puppy next time I update and tell everyone how we got him

I tell ya, I'm no good at trying to keep up with keeping this thing updated and my LiveJournal, but I'll try my best with both. If worse comes to worse, anyone who wants the link to my LJ, can just ask and I'll give it... you'll see a whole lote more action over there, lol.

Anyway, last time I updated it was all about Charlotte in October, well... that ain't happening anymore. Plans fell through for that, so oh well. But... there will be the June Michigan race! Just bought my tickets today, so I'm officially (with one of my best friends) taking this bus trip thingie to Michigan for the weekend of the June 17th race!

It'll be my first race EVER, so I'm WAY excited, not to mention Kasey runs really well here! We leave at 6am on Friday morning (which means I have to wake up at like 3am to get ready and get to where we have to meet by 6, ugh!) and don't come back until Monday afternoon at 4! Which means it'll be Sarah and I without any adult supervision, around a race track! Hehe.

I'll most definitely take LOTS and LOTS of pictures to share with everyone... I'm planning on buying a digital camera as soon as my tax money comes in, and then I'm going to buy like 15 disposable cameras, too! What can I say? I'm one of those picture taking freak people!

Sad news is, the Busch guys won't be racing there that weekend, which means no Shane, Denny, Reed and Martin! :(

But a race is a race, and I am excited nonetheless. Hehe. I'm soooo gonna try to drag Sarah down to the Trackside set, and I'm going to haul some big ass sign with me, so I can tell everyone what it says, and they can look for it out in the crowd! Woohoo! I'm soooo excited. So excited in fact, that it is 5am and I'm still not sleeping because I can't.

Anyway, I think I'm going to stop for now. I'll try my best to keep this thing updated to the best of my ability.

Oh yeah, and about a month ago, Julie, DRS and I opened our own message board... it has a whole bunch of shit on it! So yeah, I better get on updating this, huh? lol

My life is still screwed up. Eric (aka the married guy I worked with) quit since the last time I updated this... I haven't seen him in three weeks, and I miss him, but I figure I'll eventually get over him, I have to, really.

I'm still working ALL the time, it's like I have no time for anything else, but work anymore. Not even for going out and hanging out with no one, since the only day I have off is Sunday, which means the only night I can go out and actually stay out late is Saturday night.

I think this Saturday Sarah and I are going to tell our parents we're staying at each other's houses, and then go hang out at her boyfriends house for the night, haha, that should be fun!

Kasey finally got a top five finish on Sunday, I was so damn happy! And, Shane had a shit ass weekend, I don't think he finished better than 32nd in any of the three races he was in, but... he was the hot seat guest on Inside Nextel last night, so I got two hours of Shane, instead of half of a half hour.

My Grandma also went into the hospital last night, because she started coughing up blood, so on top of work, I'm going to be going to see her a lot this week, which means the normal little bit of free time I do have is going to be cut down to nothing even more.

Um... I'm writing a Jimmie Johnson story! On top of Do You Remember Me, Landing In London (the Junior and Shane story Julie and I are writing), I started writing a Jimmie story a few days ago, that I'm so damn excited about! I plan on posting the first chapter of it tonight, actually on the Nascar_Fan_Fiction board. the Jimmie!

I'm SO looking forward to Watkins in August and Charlotte in October! They're going to be so much fun!

And, I think that's it for now! YAY for updating my Xanga! Let's see if I can keep it up!

Xanga

So, this is my first post. My name's Nicole, I'm 18 and from New York, and basically the rest of it all you can get from my profile. My life is crazy. I worked 66 hours and 25 minutes in the last week... spent basically all my waking time either working, or thinking about a guy I work with, who's totally confusing me. He flirts with me all the time, I mean ALL THE TIME, and then two days ago, I find out he's married... I mean he was wearing his freaking wedding ring for the first time since he started working there like four months ago and started talking to me.

I mean, he's absolutely perfect. Loves NASCAR, country music (he went to the Brad Paisley concert in town last night, I was soooo jealous!), he's sweet, caring, nice and actually likes me and cares about me. Then I find out he's married, and it's all shattered. I think I've found the person who's meant for me, and he's married, and then I find out today, him and his wife just celebrated their like 1 or 2 year anniversary AND they have a baby together.

So now, I don't know what to do. I can honestly say I feel something for him, but I'm not sure he sees me as anything but fun, I mean he is married and all.

The Daytona 500 is in 36 days, and I'm soooo excited. The offseason has been killing me. And I was thisclose to getting to meet Kasey Kahne in Fort Washington, PA tomorrow, but my ride backed out last minute and my dad won't drive me over 300 miles to meet a NASCAR driver.

Other than that, my Jets and my Chad lost today, by not very much So I guess it's all up to my Patriots to go out and beat the Colts tomorrow night, because one of my teams NEEDS to make it all the way through.

Anyway, I'm still sorta new at this whole thing, since I've like never used Xanga before, so excuse any of my mistakes, lol, and if you feel like it, let me know you're reading!
